I am looking at getting a front lip for MY03 AP1. I want to use an ap2 front lip and was wondering if the ap2 lip will fit onto a ap1 bumper. Any help is greatly apreciated. Thanks.

 

Nope. Wont fit without major modifications!

You could use an AP2 front bumper with the AP2 lip. That would bolt up fine

 

so the ap2 front bumper is a simple bolt on with no modifications? If so I may do an ap2 front bumper.

 

AP2 bumper on an AP1 is very common. You should be able to find tons of info and how-to's using the search function.

 

Not exactly. You will need new : fender liners, undertray, bumper, and grill. Some people around here have jerry rigged the front end to put an Ap2 on it.... if thats your thing.

 

It is a simple bolt on with no modifications though, front bumper and associated parts. No cutting of metal, no headlight swap, etc is necessary. If you really didn't give a poo about protecting your engine from spray or making the air dam look pretty you could get the front bumper alone and install it without the other pieces but that would be dumb.
