ap2 tail light (what am I missing from the tails?)

ap2 tail light (what am I missing from the tails?)
Hey guys , First of just purchased an 03 ap1 up in Canada toronto ontario.
I bought ap2 tail lights but I'm having a hard time understanding if I'm missing anything
(Will be using HTG conversion kit)

^ what you see in that picture/link is exactly what I have. Just tail light, To me it looks like I'm missing two connectors and around the clear signal socket there's a open gap between the missing connector and housing.
