Default Apexi exhaust for the s2000?

Ok, i had an apexi n1 cat back system on my eclipse, and too me it was the greatest thing ever. ive been doing a lot of exhasut research on the s2000, and my main choice is the dual amuse. i want to maintain a dual setup, but i like the round n1 look for an exhasut. the only problem about the amuse is the price tag.

Now ive seen an apexi single n1 for the s2000, and i have heard of other members going with the apexi dual n1 setup, but where can i buy a dual apexi n1 catback exhaust system for my s2000? do they even make one?

so if apexi makes what i want:
1. where can i order it from?
2. what size is the piping?
3. is it fully steel with an alumn canister?
4. what are the expected gains?
5. what is the weight?

i dont mean to be a pain in the a$$, i just cant find this info anywhere on my own. i really appreciate any info that someone can get for me, and for taking the time to do it for me. thanks..........Frank

my experience with Apexi exhaust is a low deep rumble sound.
i wont speculate on performance as ive not seen any numbers or reports fitted on a s2000...
according to my mechanic is is incidently an authorized apexi distributor in new zealand...quality of the apexi stuff has dropped in recent times compared to other japanese brands...

i dont want to go that route. its not worth it to me. not many shops around here that you can trust 100% to do the job right the first time. i rather pay a little more for sometihing that is made for my car. i guess ill start saving for the ti dual amause. i should have it this time next year if i put 20$ a week away for it.

I currently run an Apex'i single N1 exhaust. It has one of the nicest sounds i've heard. Unfortunately, I have to sell it to one of the members on this board because i'm in debt.

Oh, and to answer your questions:

1. I'm not sure where to order it, probably Dynamic Autosports in Lake Forest, CA? I heard it was a Japan only exhaust. Apex'i USA only advertises their World Sport exhaust for the S2000.

2. I think the piping is the usual 60mm. In the picture above, the canister is also smaller than the ones for the EK, EG, DC, etc.

3. It is full steel with aluminum canister, much like the ones for the other cars that Apex'i makes.

4. I'm not sure about expected gains. Haven't dynoed. Car feels the same, but sounds a lot better. I think it improves more top end response, like on the highway. Sounds like a bike too.

5. It is heavy compared to the other Japan brands like
Amuse, etc., but it IS exclusive. I have seen a handful of others on this board with it and I've always loved the way single outlet N1 style exhausts look.

There is no such thing as a dual muffler/canister Apexi N1 setup specially designed for AP1. You have 2 options from Apexi on specified designs.

1 - Single output N1 catback.
2 - World series sport dual output.

The WS dual output can be purchased from Apexi US. But the single output N1 is a JDM product and Bulletproof Automotive can source one of those.
