The E-Manage Ultimate is a lot more money than getting a Neo and harness. The Neo can show gains and I think is a decent tuning tool for the money.

i know it's just the harness, i'm asking if that was a good price for the harness?

i'm buying the neo on ebay for 270, 5$ shipping, and it's 2 day air.

i've heard of a few ppl getting it from that boomslang website but i can't say whether it's reasonable or not. i guess it might be since others have bought from them?
