Hi guys! Just thought I'd annouce my new toy...
the APEXi Rev Speed Meter...
Just requires a link up to the S2000 Computer and will measure a whole bunch of things...inc. wheel PS (japanese unit for measuring HP/kW), 0-100-200-400 times, G-Force plus a whole lot more...check it out!

KIDS2000, very nice toy :-) How much does something like that cost?

Though, I'm more interested in the numbers you're getting out of the car ... like 0-100kph, 400m etc. You'll be having some nice cold wether in NZ right now so the car should be running good. Can you let us know what you're getting?

I think according to the menu we need to measure the loss power by air resistance and the drive train friction by using the loss P. mode first( the measurment with a bar chart). Then we can test the Hp of our car correctly. Last time I had 216hp with unknown gear. I will find some time and empty road with no police presence to test the 0-400 and hp.


What about your data?
BTW, it cost about US$250 with the G-sensor.
If many people like it I may do a Group buy too.

I will be running a real dyno test while having the Apexi RSM on as well to see the difference in readings...
should be interesting... will let u guys know my findings!
