I thought there was a difference between the RHD and LHD cars in terms of ARC setups? That RHD worked better because of AC routing?
ARC fixed this problem with an updated left hand drive version I had one, fit was good

I like the ram-air set up better no heat soak and on cool days like we are having now the car feels like it's on crack

honestly this sucks that its not as good as it should be. i really wanted to buy that, but im not going to waste several more hundred dollars on a intake that doesnt give any more..

hey s2kpuppydad, how does that intake work for you, would you recommand it at all or does it really get bad heat soak?

The ARC is good for improved throttle response but bad for gains. I had one on my RSX and the heatsoak was really bad. If you live somewhere that gets really hot (Texas here), might want to think twice.

i live in NY and the summer do get quite hot and humid, maybe not as bad as texas but the humidity is what makes it a bitch but yeah summer do get up in the 90's every so often and i used to get heat soak on my rsx too, i guess ill just do a V2 or something because i absoultly hated the heat soak

The ARC intake dose pose a problem for heat soak but, as Whitedeon8 said, throttle response is good
As with any short ram type intake like the ARC, throttle response will increase but, since it dose not have a cold air sores it is prone to heat soak and power gains will be minimal or null

The ram-air intake I have designed for the S2000 only gets it

ARC intake box is mostly bling mod, I think J's or Spoon intake duct is more functional.
