Hmmm...when the S2000 wins, its a great article. When it doesn't win, the magazine editors can put together an article to save thier lives...correct?

 

No, when the S2000 wins it means the editors are not dazzled by high price, interior doo-dads, or the newness of the new. C and D is a driver's magazine. The best car for drivers won.

 

I was just going over that article in my mind, and I agree that Car & Driver is a DRIVERS mag. BUT - they made a comment about the latches on the 350Z that may suggest an idiot was doing the review- something about testing the 350Z in your favorite carwash to see if the brushes will open the door?!!!!?? What driver takes a convertiable to the carwash?

Anyway, that comment doesn't change the figures, and there was a staff of reviewers, not just one guy with a carwash fetish. Anyway, it is an article I'll have fun with tommorrow, brow beating my Nissan 350Z co-worker with.

 

Or it means Honda advertising budget is higher this month.

 

I was very surprised at the results. I thought for sure the Z would be #1 and the S would come in 4th (we have to beat the TT.) Very happy though. I am still a little miffed that they had the Mustang beating us last time.
