Default ASM godness!

Trying to find out who makes this, how much it costs, where I can purchase it, and if the goofy cf sill or whatever it is called on the bottom has to come with it. Thanks.

Red face

Hey I found something new about these fenders. The pic above is the ASM Carbon fenders which cost about 4 grips. ASM also makes the same fenders in FRP for a more reasonable price. Also these fenders stick out +25 mm...I am not sure if they would line up with the front bumper or look stupid with stock rims/slightly wider tires (than stock)? What does everyone think, I think I may have found my next mod. I probably want to keep the sidemarkers so I would be drilling these F*rs (have to see how it looks first). Also I am unfamiliar with who would be the best choices for having this painted. Any recommendations and comments welcome (almost )

They look nice, but not worth the money. I like the safety of the steel fenders.

I'm not sure which panels are which, but I thought the S2K was made out of aluminum panels? Or is that just the hood? Also as far as protection I don't see how that could protect anyone. Have you seen this?

Body panels are designed with very little safety in mind. It's true that they dissipate energy, but not a lot. In any accident that you might injure yourself or cause large amounts of damage, the energy dissipation between CF and steel is minimal. Negligable when talking about the forces involved, it's the frame that's going to make or break the car.

And the only aluminum body panels are the hood and trunk, I believe.

Thanks for the learning . The ones I am looking at here are made out of fiberglass though, not aluminum or carbon.
