Australian S2k crash
I don't know where to start with this one.
It was a bad weekend for s2k's in Australia.
I would like to start by offering my condolences to the family and friends of the young man who died in Heathmont, Melbourne.
I woke Sunday morning to see on the news, a Berlina black s2k had collided with a light pole, claiming the life of the driver.
This was a particularly spooky incident for myself as on the same night (Saturday Aug 15th), I to was involved in a collision in my Berlina black s2k. I had lost control at an average speed in wet conditions, mounted a curb and hit a tree on the rear passenger fender. Sending me into a 180 spin Then I hit a second tree (rear fender again) which brought me to a stop. I was luck enough to walk away with only minor bruising. My car was not so lucky, I don't think it's a write off but I wont know until i have it professionally inspected.
I will not post pics at this point out of respect for those who have lost much more than I.
