Default Auto Insurance ?

Im 20 No Tickets NO accidents and $256 a month Full Coverage on a 03? is this good?

That sounds kind of high to me. You are paying over $3000 a year WOW! You may want to try AIS or GEICO

I would love to have those rates! My quote was $3600 a year ($300/month), full coverage with a $1000 deductible. I live in a really big city and that has the most impact. By the way, clean record here as well, and I'm a 21 (rates have even declined at my age with my insurance company).

However, if my parents buy the car under their name (I pay for everything), I'll be able to get insured for $1200/year under their policy. With this way, I won't be earning the credit on my payments. Can't seem to get them to agree with me on this though

Same here Except None of my parents know i bought the car I wonder how long i can keep this up.

Haha, how'd you manage to do that? The car can't be that small to hide, it'll eventually show up somehow .

I have GEICO now and they are charging me a premium for the S. I did some comparison shoping on Lending Tree.com or go to insure.com and find a better rate. Found Liberty mutual as a cheaper alternative. I will be using them once my insurance with GEICO goes up. Hope this helps

GEICO = $500 for 6months, w/ $500 deductable!
