Avg loss on switch to yellow?????

I now got offered $28.5k for my slightly beat up
16k mileage S2000 on trade for a Yellow one at MSRP.

$32,740 - $28,500 = about $4500 by the time i put the
airbag switch in the yellow one.

I still think i will pass.... too much fun stuff to do
with $4500 than to say I HAVE YELLOW and a broken
4th cylnder

A local dealer called and offered to trade for my perfect 15000 mile Silver/Red. He only wanted $6200 difference. Yeah right!
