No, not another shameless plug for S2KDays, but a serious thread about Jason, Juliann and Brad. I just dropped them off at O'Hare and they are on their way down to CG's place again to pick up The Mistress and then head over to this weekend's SoloII event. Jason will call me about 30 minutes before they run, so if I am here I will post that and you can listen live to the commentary...

Man, gotta love high technology...

Their flight was delayed about an hour, but they should be back on Earth and in a real bed by 2 or so. Then it's off to the races for the practice runs on Friday...

After considerable flight delays the crew arrived at my house at about 3:15 this morning. After a nap of less than three hours I woke everyone up and we had a nice "support Greg Stevens" breakfast and a little visiting time.

I gathered from the visit that Brad intends to kick Jasons butt in Meridian and Juliann plans to beat them both. I wish I could be there to see it!

One of our dogs took one look at Brad and promptly turned his back and ignored him. A few minutes later he took one look at Jason and decided he looked good enough to eat.
Jason seemed to be glad that they were separated by a door.

The crew left here at 8:45 on their way to the big event and a day of practice. I of course wish them the best of luck!

There's one last thing that I would like to say about Brad, Juliann, and Jason. What a class act! All three are very personable, intelligent, and friendly. They're a great group. I urge all of you to try to meet them at S2KDays or anywhere else you get the chance.
