I stuck out for 2 months but realized it's not for me anymore... I'm 25 I work for a fortune 500 company and I think im the only one with a loud exhaust in my company lol....
I just took my Toda dual a few days ago and went back to OEM with a 2.5" straight pipe between the cat and the Y. I'm actually enjoying the car more as I can drive it aggressively without getting punked. All manner of ricer would want to sample me with the Toda, even just cruising (??!!!).
IMO, performance wise, no reason to go to a quiet aftermarket exhaust. The Touring Medalion does sound and look good though.
Eventually I know I'll put the Toda back on, gotta love that snarl at high RPM.

ON the other hand, driving a beautiful red S2000 gives off the opposite image - like I'm paid too much. Its definitely a lose-lose situation
lolexcept for when i drop the top and leave work haha
wow.... i was used to a muscle car with an off-road pipe and aftermarket cams.... and i STILL felt it was way too quiet lol, it's the one gripe i have about the s2000, impossible to get a loud AND nice tone out of it, like any other 4 or even 6 IMO.
i like to touch the gas and people to think that hell is breaking loose and coming their way, i know i'll never get that sound out of the S though so I don't even try, just leave it stock.

Have you considered removing the stock resonator or getting a test pipe?
