Default Backyard Special Low-position Seat Frame

Does the "Low-position Seat Frame for Stock Seats" made by Backyard Special work to lower the stock seats? Any details on this would be appreciated.

Thanks

Details would be great. Something tells me these are for right-hand drive only though. And what about the J's Racing Super Low Seat Sliders? Anyone know anything about them? I think I am going to develop back problems the way I am sitting in the car...

I asked A&J and this was their response to the J's racing super lows:

Hi,

There's no way to lower the stock S2000 seats, the Low sliders are only for aftermarket seats. Either the stock reclinable or the full bucket racing seats

Thanks,

If the Backyards are for right-hand drive what would the difference be? Wouldn't it just be that the handels to adjust the front to back motion would be on the opposite side(if so thats fine with me)?---I obviously do not understand this. I hope someone can please help.

if you want to keep your stock seats but you want to lower them

do a search on here for lowering the stock seats, a couple people posted a way they did it, it requires some custom modifiing, but nothing is to difficult

Thanks Carbon. I appreciate the post and all but I have seen all that before. I would really like to have a set of rails that lowers the stock seats this way if I ever decide to resell the car I will not have seats that most would not appreciate. I know that the modded seats do not look bad but if I could spend $300 on some new rails to do the same job I would like to go that route. From what I have read hear in many many posts i think that many others feel the same way. Once again thanks all, and if anyone knows of any rails to do this please speak up.
