Default Bad experience at dealer

Hey members I need some advice. About a month ago I was cut off in the rain and the car spun out and met the median a few times. I took it to a honda dealer for the repairs which was all just suspension work and replacement of rims and tires. Well it took them 29 days and when i got it back they dented the right rear quarter panel, dented my brand new 04 rear bumper right where the tow hook is and also scratched up the front bumper. They tried to say it came in like that but quickly changed that tune. So needless to say it went back in to repair the damage they caused. Now everything is fine except rear bumper u can still see where damage is just looks like they painted over it and also my belongings that I could not remove like audio video stuff has all been tampered with. What would u guys do or recommend that I do? And to top it off instead of washing the car the took it to a car wash and left the receipt on the passenger seat!!!

How does giving him a link to dealer rater help him? He is already dealing with a dealer that he thinks is doing a poor job. He doesn't need a link to tell him that.
Anyways as to your question, I think you should try to get the dent fixed again "properly" but if they don't comply, talk to a lawyer.
GOOD LUCK!

You should contact the zone rep for Honda. I did that when a dealer in a place I used to live, took my car on an undocumented joy ride. The dealership got more than an earful from Honda. Of course they also lost my business for the time I was still in that area.

Make them fix it to your satisfaction. You do NOT have to put up with dealer abuse of your car. If the paint job sucks, they need to do it again to make it right.

I called the body shop manager on friday and of course I got his voicemail. I really don't wanna go back to that dealer to have the bumper fixed and give them another chance to do something stupid again

the first mistake was to take it to a dealer to get fixed. why didnt u take it to a body shop/ repair shop instead. preferably one that u have dealt with in the past or one that u have heard good reports about.
