Smile bad experiences

today i was at a stop light with my girlfriend and out of no where a car comes and turns the corner while throwing out their half full route 44 sonic drink

It hit the secret compartment area and ice went flying all into our backs, dash, etc. It's so stupid and pathetic how some people can be.

I wanted to see what kinda bad experiences you guys have had while in your s2000.

I normally don't like being a big lug (think: linebacker) So even though I'm the nicest guy in the world, strangers don't know that. I rarely get f'ed with. That said, I would have definitely called the po-po on this. People suck.

That has happen to me, some young punks in a trunk threw a open 2liter bottle at me with the top down while I was driving. It hit the top of my driver side door, bounce off it and fell into my lap. There was sun drop all over me and splash sun drop all over my driver side. I didn't get a chance to get their plates cause I was too busy trying to not to wreck. I held the 2liter in my soaking lap and pulled over. I was pissed but what else can I do. I throw the bottle out, paced back and forth pissed as hell, got back in the car and headed back home. Not much we can do unless you get a tag#. Next time this happens to me I don't care if I wreck I'm gonna get a tag# and there gonna pay Hope your car turn out ok, after a little bit of cleaning(which help me cool down from fustration) the interior turn out ok.

yeah really...S2000s aren't super fast, but chances are it is faster and handles better than whatever car some guy drives that would throw shit at you. how come you didn't follow and have your gf call the cops to track em down?

but it is also easier said than done! anyone ever chased someone down?

edit: actually, would the cops even come in that situation? or would they just tell you to get the plates and stop following?

Reading this enraged me. I would forget myself at that moment and murder them.

When I first got the car it was insane, I was debating getting the custom plate: H8MAGNET lol. Kids in civics talking shit, rednecks in trucks, then one day some douche bags threw a beer bottle at me and I heard a thud. I was ****ING livid, finally got my dream car and some ass hats dented my rear quarter (so I thought). Long story short, I jump out of my turn lane to follow, I get their plates, full description, direction of travel (right near a police station) give it to the 911 operator. I decided that I had enough info and let them go (rush hour traffic and they were driving like total idiots). 911 operator tells me that the police will call me back. Detective Jack Off calls me an hour later to take the report. He took my story and basically asked if I could prove that they did the damage. WTF.... then he told me that they have better things to do.... I asked him what he would do if someone threw a beer bottle at him in traffic and ended up hanging up on the ass, the cops are a joke. Learned that lesson, next time I will not let them get away. I got really lucky... they only hit and broke my tail light that was getting replaced under recall from HONDA. So now, I would like to thank Stanley for making defective corner lenses in AP1's!!! Hats off to you guys

For some reason, the hate has gone down to almost none after the first month or two of ownership. Hang in there!

I never experienced anything like this in almost 4 years of ownership. I do live in the netherlands tough.. Maybe people are somewhat nicer her

I only had ONE incident when a guy shouted douchebag at me when i passed him. but he was probably annoyed by my 70RR at that moment...
