Bad S2k Setup?

Bad S2k Setup?
Would this be a bad setup for the S2k? If you had everything stock, put on a toda header, dropped the CAT, and then put on spugen Ti dual outlet exhaust? Do people normally drop the CATs out of the S2k when using this setup or what? Thanks for the help everyone!!
