I have heard about a guy selling fake J's exhaust systems all over craigslist recently. I figured he was probably selling a lot of them because there were a lot of ads in certain cities. I don't know if CL shut him down or not.

I personally like the non-angled exhaust such as the 70rs dual. It looks gorgeous if you've seen one in person. I am fishy about the AJR version though since they said they didnt make any exceptions.

 

My welds are stunning....and engraved with the J's racing emblem the same diameter but in a 2 piece...does that really mean its fake? come by lets compare exhaust see what the difference is...i honestly dont think AJR would sell fake exhausts...on FitFreak people were comparing it from a t1r dolphin tip exhaust for the Fit with a J's racing one for the Fit so now lets compare from the AJR 60rs 2piece to a J's racing 1 piece im pretty sure its the same exhaust just modified to be a 2piece

 

This is not the first time I've heard AJR accused of countfeit. Spoon Japan has had reason to believe counterfeit Spoon products were shipped to AJR from Taiwan. The shipment was said to have identical Spoon labeled boxes for various parts. Beware indeed.
