Go down several pages on the s2k group buy thread. Look for the "Aut radiator plate and CAI" thread. Go to page 7, and look for a post that gives you a link to "the dolebludger mod" Find it and read it. It is the best intake mod you are going to find.

I have no experience with the V2...but I will tell you that the V1 doesn't even come close to sucking up water, unless you happen to think your S2000 can ford a river, you wont have a problem.
