Get a decent header (Toda), test pipe (Berk), and exhaust (T1R single). If you want your exhaust to be quiet, the only option you have for a single is any of the ASM exhausts.

I'd say Berk header and test pipe, along with a catback preferably T1R 70 Sparrow(if you like dual) or single.
An intake like K&N FIPK with the AUT cooling plate is a good combo and then a VAFC2 with the WOT tuned.

Edit - actually if you go T1R it comes with it's own test pipe.

No, you can get the same gains by disengadging the AC clutch, which the ECU does when you put your foot on the floor.

gears and an x-brace, these are (relatively) cheap and will actually make a difference you can feel

beyond that go turbo

What years can do a reflash? Who can do the reflash and why would anyone do one? I have an 01.

I didn't know that. Thats a cool design to free up some hp.

Spend $40 and go to a local autocross. Sure the car itself won't be any faster, but you as a driver will be.
