Best custom plate for me
Let me know which is your favorite of the following personalized license plates for a 2002 Yellow Honda S2000:
TOPLESS
HI OFCR (HI OFFICER-a better spelling was already taken)
TOPLS42 (TOPLESS FOR TWO)
ENGAGE (STAR TREK REFERENCE BEFORE GOING TO WARP SPEED)
VRROOM
VRROOOM
S TWO K (goes well with my car's tag: MISTER 2)
NOLEMON (NO LEMON)
YLW FVR (YELLOW FEVER)
REDLNR (RED LINER)
TOMSTOY
TOMSS2K
YELLO S
MEL YLW
REV HRD (REV HARD)
I have checked and all these are available in Alabama. I wanted some others, but they were already taken and my wife hates all the one's with 9k references.
Thanks!
Tom

These replies are just my humble opinion, please don't misread me as flaming or anything.
Just honest first impressions of your plates, to gauge what others on the road might be thinking too.
TOPLESS <-- only if you're a cute young girl who doesn't mind the attention. it'd be v. disappointing to see your car parked, wait to see who comes out, and have it be some dude. esp if you're not wearing a shirt.
HI OFCR (HI OFFICER-a better spelling was already taken) <-- invites trouble, and really isn't that amusing. "CYA OFCR" a bit more amusing to me, but also invites trouble.
TOPLS42 (TOPLESS FOR TWO) <-- Nah. If you do go w/ this one, try to get a space between the 4 and the 2, otherwise it looks like "42" and I think "age?" or "The Answer to the Question of the Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything?" (If you don't know my reference, look up Douglas Adams. Then read his books.)
ENGAGE (STAR TREK REFERENCE BEFORE GOING TO WARP SPEED) <-- I like it.
How about "WARP 9"? A bit trekkie, but if that's you, that's you and it works. I'm not a trekkie, so nah. ENGAGE is the better of the two actually, just thought I'd give another suggestion (with the double reference to 9000rpm). I do hear Picard saying this tho when I see that plate.
VRROOM <-- lame.
VRROOOM <--laame.
S TWO K (goes well with my car's tag: MISTER 2) <-- does the car need another label matching those on the sides?
NOLEMON (NO LEMON) <-- Ok. How about "LEMNADE" ? Really, not my top pick, either way. And I'm kinda superstitious too. If you got this plate, wouldn't it be just bitterly ironic if the car turned out... I won't say it, just nah, not this plate. (Knock on Honda badge...) Besides which, I strongly believe that superstition only brings bad luck.
YLW FVR (YELLOW FEVER) <-- My top pick! This is sick! (pardon the pun) He's got the fever. The yellow fever. Burnin' up. Quite amusing imagining that on the back of a yellow S2000.
REDLNR (RED LINER) <-- nah. Especially because a lot of duh-type people will say, "But your car is yellow dude..."
TOMSTOY <-- uh, ok Tom. why pay extra for such a common plate? every teen girl gets her "LISAS CAR" "ANNS TOY" etc plate. "Hi! Look at me! I'm Tom! (Lisa!, or Ann!)" Not creative enough. I'm not a big fan of putting ones name on things. Paying extra for a nametag? How about just introducing yourself?
TOMSS2K <-- ditto.
YELLO S <-- the car is a yellow S2000. it needs a label stating such. nah.
MEL YLW <-- nah. Did you mean, "MELO YLW" like Mellow Yellow? either way, nah.
REV HRD (REV HARD) <-- I see "REVERSE HARD" but that's just me. And you're saying, "Rev hard!" Oh yeah! Vroom vrooom!... nah.

Thanks for the info/opinions. My wife and my friends came up with some of the tags. All the women seem to like TOMSTOY which I think sounds wimpy. I like ENGAGE which I saw on a Ferrari 355 from Tennessee. I also like S TWO K because with my MR2 I would still have people ask me "what is a MISTER2."
A lot of tags like REVS29K etc. were already taken.
