Default Best Double-Sided Tape

What do you guys recommend? I'm installing my old lip on my friend's car so I need to replace the adhesive.

I need some on my lip. Bought it used and it's obvious where the shop that painted and installed the lip only used some small pieces as opposed to a decent length of it across the span of the bumper. I'll fix it myself.

When i reinstalled my oem lip, I got some red 3m double-sided sticky tape from autozone. I think it specifically said it was for body parts. It's super strong and (I think) the same stuff that came on my lip from the factory.

Definitely use tape. I reinstalled my lip w/o tape and it wasn't very stable.
