Default Best drop in filter for Snorkel?

I was thinking about getting the Spoon foam filter, but after seeing the $200+ MSRP price tag, I think I was an alternative!

What filter are you guys using with your snorkels?

I should be getting my snorkel in a week or two but so far, I just picked up a K&N drop in filter. $200 for a filter is extremely high for such an item but then again $400+ for a snorkel is not cheap either.

AFE filters - DO not go with foam filters. I love Spoon products, but their filter is crap. Supposedly, Mugen filters are just rebadged AFE filters.

That's cool - there seems to be consensus on the boards that AFE or J.R. are the best filters for the S.

I just have the K&N. I'm not too crazy for foam filters.

Me neither - the AFE filter is basically a higher end K&N filter.
