anybody have a picture of the k&n?
It's not much to look at.

2 for Bling factor.
10 for performace, quality of company/product, and don't forget sound.

The J's intake sounds like stock...no where near the deep growl of those Open filter intakes. J's is not the intake to go if your looking for "sound".

PRM is the loudest, and the most agressive I have heard. Throttle response improves, and with the PRM/HKS exhaust, I put down 212 on the dyno.

I got the PRM and am happy with it other than the fact it looks like a sore thumb. Price wise I think I payed around 300ish. Check out the web site if you are interested. PRM The guy I delt with was real helpful.

K&N is a good brand, but since there isn't much difference in performance out of the two...I'd say go Comptech.
but there is a big difference in price. Is some bling bling that gives minimal to no performance gain really worth over $350? You don't even see it unless you open the hood so why does it matter

arc but no power...... well some say no but one of the member had gain some power with the berk test pipe .....

are you looking for sound or power... get the mugen nice gain ....

opss never about the mugen it requires cutting....
so the mugen requires cutting? that's disappointing considering it's supposed to work closely with honda parts.
i'm liking the prm...k & n and comptech look a bit ugly for my taste...i know it's stupid to care what something under the hood looks like but that's just me. thanks for all of your opinions!
