Hey all, I'm considering a front lip for my 04 S - no other body work is on my S. I'm looking for the best understated lip I can find that will match the body color. So far I like the Amuse and Air Walker (pre 04) lips. fwiw, I think Mugen and the OEM are too much.

Do you guys have any experiences, opinions, or further siggestions for understated lips? Would the S look okay without any other bodywork besides the lip?

Where can I actually find these lips for 04? Searching didn't give me anything definitive. Thanks,

S2Fire bought his lip from them, but I can't find the lip on the site. It looks nice (seen in his sig). I think the later models look better without a lip than the older models did, so at least we have that.

 

It's too bad. The OEM and Mugen are the only good looking lips in my opinion.

 

IMO, the OEM 04-05 liooks like shit. The Mugen, on the other hand, looks sexy as hell. We have one on my girlfriends car.

 

I'm just looking for something subtle - the Mugen is nice, but too much. The OEM looks bad w/o other body work. I love the looks of these lips on the pre 04s, but I need to see pics on the new models to be sure. Also, I'm not sure what else is out there.

 

Does Mugen make a lip, or just a bumper?

Yep, that's the one I like. 630 is a bit much. I guess I'll have to ask for it for Chris...oh wait, I got a car five years ago and that ended all Christmas presents for as long as I live. J/K I'll have to save for a while.

 

I really like the 04+ lip. I think the front end change is one thing they really nailed on the update. I don't think I've seen any other lips for the AP2 besides the OEM and mugen.

 

I personally like Airwalker the best.

It's not too aggressive, but not passive either.
