Best way to reduce body roll?
If you want to reduce transitional roll at turn-in, then stiffer strut/shock settings will do it. If you want to reduce overall roll in steady-state cornering, then increase roll stiffness by increasing roll bar size, use stiffer roll bar bushings, or go to stiffer springs ( the least effective ). The heavier spring route will result in rougher riding and a greater chance of loss of wheel traction in bumpy corners. Stiffer roll bar bushings are the cheapest and easiest method - they work by eliminating the slop when the bar is first twisted, making the bar work for its entire length all the time. They do increase ride stiffness and noise however. But then, about anything you do to reduce roll will degrade the ride quality and/or increase the risk of loss of traction in bumpy turns...this car turns pretty flat as it is.
when I steer left and right on a road (S turns I guss, don't worry no one I arond when I do this and I don't go crazy about it either). I noticed some body roll, not alot but some and I wanted to see if I could make it any less. I know the car comes pretty well tuned from the factory. Thanks
