Best way to ship a hood?

Anyone know the best way to ship a hood? Like how do you package it / what service do you use? / and how much does it usually cost?

i havent shipped a hood personally but i hear many people shipping through greyhound bus for really cheap. packing wise i would think lots of bubble warp and made up box would work find. my $0.02
