Custom made HRE's .. can be found at http://www.hrewheels.com .. they allow for 10.5 inches wide in the back and 8.5 in the front.

I just ordered a set of 17' gunmetal TE37's. They're much lighter than the HRE's and probably a good deal less expensive. But, HRE does make a high quality, attractive wheel.

Obviously the HRE's are gonna weigh more cause they are alot larger..

But you're right, HRE's cost as much as alot of cars do .. but you're worth it!

HRE custom wheels are the best wheel. They fit perfectly. They are forged 3 pc wheels, which means they're lightweight and very strong. Also, you can slam that car if you want it to and not rub. Plus you could get huge widths.

i like the gunmetal Volks. I do like some of the custom made wheels, but I would imagine the tire / wheel combo still being heavier than the TE37's.

Hopefully not too too many people will be getting the TE37's though (you can have too much of a good thing)

Scot - i got 1 of the first 4 sets in the USA that fit the S2000...with NO CENTER CAPS YET!

volk are great rims, but i have 8 s2k in my area, 3 on my street, alllll have te37 or se37. in bronze, gunmetal, silver, or white, dat is a good rim, but it's getting played out by s2000 owners, i personally love advan, but it take too long, so i got veilside rims, u can check them out

yellow s2k, 18x8-front, 18x9-back veilside andrew racing rims, tein cs coilover, hks hyper dual exhaust, cusco strut bars, veilside carbon fiber wing, injen intake, future brembo brake upgrade...
