A Better Accident Poll
This poll has shown that performance driving training didn't do much for some. Maybe these guys need to go take the course again.
I'm a no accident, 1st time RWD, no training. But I also use a little bit of common sense when it comes to driving.
I'm sure I don't push my car to it's limits but I prefer driving the car into the garage after a fun drive as opposed to being driven to the emergency room after a senseless wreck.

so far it looks like your best odds are to have prior RWD experience but have no formal performance driving education.
perhaps it's a demonstration of the old adage - "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing"? grin.
certainly we don't make a good testimonial group for Skip Barber et al.

Here's where a poll generates more questions than it answers. I suspect that those who attend driving schools are skewed toward drivers who want to (or doa) drive faster. If they are driving faster and having the same number of accidents, isn't that some kind of success?
Ouch, too much food for thought...

malachi...thanks for posting the poll
jschmidt...you are right about performance drivers education skewing the results. We can probably find other selection biases as well.
Wow, to my surprise it does not look like any of these are major contributors to the accidents (although we still only have votes for less than 100 owners and only 16 accidents).
