Default Beware of Mastergrade

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...206#post1465206

Read this thread (especially the second half) before you purchase any products from Mastergrade. Then purchase at your own risk. These guys are dishonest at the very least.

Just thought someone should put this in a thread so if anyone searches on "Mastergrade" they get the full story about these guys.

I browsed that thread, and IF s2ki.com was my site Mastergrade would be removed as a sponsor by now. Dan, (turbopwr) im surprized that at you opinion you would allow them to still advertise on here, (im not questioning your judgement, merely confused). You sounded pretty upset in that thread as most of the people did.

Mastergrade = gets 2 thumbs down, i will always steer people away if they contemplate buying anything from you.
Mastergrade: As a business you should know that word of mouth is the best advertising, better than any tv/banner/radio/magazine add.. Confidence sells. You have let these people down, thus you must suffer the consequences.

Thanks for bringing this up jahnke, i hope this saves people time and money not doing business transactions with them.

Unfortunately sponsors are not hand picked, if you are willing to pay the fees then thats about all it takes.

Personally that is the most neglagent thing i have ever heard a moderator said. As you're a forum mod, Im not questioning you but that statement REALLY agrivated me. I take that statement to mean, "I dont give a fu*k about the clients that visit my site, as long as i get paid." That almost makes me want to stop visiting this forum. Is that the way you intended it? I will not trust any of your board sponsors nor think about doing business with them if that is your opinion.

Do you think moderators are consulted when a new sponsor is added? I don't find out unless I go to the Sponsors page just like everyone else. We aren't all powerful beings that control every function of the site.

iLikeBeer, I understand perfectly what you said, but I am sure the moderators can do something about it.... does the owner of the site rather lose one lousy sponsor than losing all the confidence of us loyal members?
