big guy small car?
Give the car a good LONG test drive. Multiple times. I am 6'3", 190 and I test drove the S2000 six times before I bought it. It's not roomy but I am comfortable enough once I get in the car.
The biggest problem is the lack of an adjustable steering column which hinders ingress and egress a little and prevents me from moving my legs around once I am in the car. But like others, it is fine once I am in the seat and it is so much fun to drive that I hope to be driving this car for a long time.

I'm 6'4" 230. As everyone else has said, it's still a good fit and a comfortable car. But really, the only way you will know is to go test drive one yourself. For me, the amazing way the car drives makes me forget any sort of discomfort I would have.
And really, the only problem I have is seeing stoplights...but that's why you put the top down.

Not a body builder, but not fat. I'm 215 and 6'2" and fit just fine. Seats are a little tight, but no problems getting in and out. Drove it for 2,000 in the first 3 days I owned and no complaints!
6'3", 200 lbs here. I lowered my seat and widened the bolsters, I completely removed the left one as it was giving me a numb spot on my upper thigh. Before I lowered it I did have some difficulty seeing the traffic signal if I got very close but not anymore, I don't even think about it now. That's probably the single best thing you can do for big guy fitment, there is a thread on here somewhere detailing the mod, it's free, only takes a little time (and some skin). I've done it twice as the first time I didn't get it as low as I know it could go. The single biggest thing for me in getting comfortable was to forget about moving around 'cause your not going to be able to very much, if your used to a roomy cockpit it will be a little unerving at first but then it starts to feel like a cacoon and you sort of integrate into it. Getting in and out is not a big deal, everyone has there own way but if you have strong thighs just swing your legs out and stand up. I've seen a lot of cars where people hang onto the wheel or push off the back of the seat to get out and after a few years the wheel is loose and the seat back is broken. Get the car, you'll love it.
6'5" and 185# here, 36" inseam. Have had the car for a month now, and agree with many of the things I've read here.....
-getting in/out is a bit of a challenge. Right leg all the way to the dead pedal and slide it under the steering wheel. I do notice on occasion the my left knee interferes with the window/mirror controls
-seeing stoplights w/top up. I'll be doing a search on how to lower the seat as this will be of huge value to me. I'm currently looking through the upper 3" of the windshield
I'll notice these things but then I forget about them when the RPMs hit 6k and I grab 2nd gear
After riding motorcycles for the last 13 years I can honestly say this car is FUN and I am totally stoked with my purchase. Good luck with yours!
