I got a cheap rack at target. It definitely scuffed the paint and even left some black marks behind. however, if you put some microfiber towels between the rubber shit, it won't be too bad. The hooks actually didn't do any damage, just the rubber cushion things.

i was thinking of putting painters tape under it on the days i use it. That might work.

My buddy uses this on his S. He says it does a good job.

He let me borrow it. Was super sturdy and did the job extremely well.

no no no no no.......a bike in the back ruins the balance of the car, and increases drag, besides it's an S2000 what the f**k do you need a bike for?

I have the 2 bike version of the Saris Bones.

I haven't used it on my S, just on my beater. It didn't scratch the paint, it just left some small black scuff marks which came off when I washed the car.

But I usually don't drive more than 10 miles with the bikes.

I did about 20 miles on the Freeway with it no problem.

A little blue tape might help.
