Default Black Chrome emblem kit

Hey I know that Honda released the black chrome emblem kit (f+r H badges/L+R S2000 badges) for the AP1. Has anyone actually installed them on an AP2? Is there any reason why those wouldn't fit properly?

I'm not looking for an opinion on what "should" work, I would like feedback from people who have actually "done" it, so I can make an informed decision on what problems, if any, I would have with the install.

Thanks a bunch!

Well, I have the black chrome S2000 emblems but that's all. I didn't care for the front and back badges that came with the kit so I didn't bother installing those. I know that's primarily what your question is about though b/c the black chrome ones are smaller than the OEM ones and the pins might be different.

FWIW, I've heard of people putting the old ones on successfully. In either case, you'll be able to grind the pins down and attatch them with just the adhesive part anyway if the pins don't fit the AP2 holes.

Got mine from Hardtop Guy and they look good on GPW. And yes the front and back badges will fit the AP2

You mean the stock badges or the black chrome? Because I didn't get the badges, I just got the sides. It was a gift from a friend who wanted to see what they look like on yellow car before he put them on his (really good friend )
