Hey All-

I just ordered a set of Black with Red Trim Muz floor mats for my Silver/Red Stook. I do not plan on changing the interior carpeting to black as I like the red. However, Muz does not have Red floor mats. Can any of you show me a picture of a Red interior S2K with these black mats?? Thanks!

The red is nigh impossible to get. We've tried North America, Australia, New Zealand, UK all to no avail. There is one exception but it's price is prohibitive at around 3 times the cost of what I use now.

Anyone with an absolute disregard for money could have them.

Exactly how much of a disregard would I have to have?

LOL... The trim shop just keep telling me "you don't want to do it in that stuff". I'll ask them on Monday for a price and get a pic while I'm there. I don't know what it's normal application is and I didn't pay too much attention at the time but I did notice it looks like a fire engine red kind of colour and very plush.

Is it that stuff you showed me in those red mock ups? On seeing a bit of carpet out of the car I think they may be similar. Shag was a little long though (not something I've been accused of recently).

Hehe.. No .. that was awful I thought. That was just some kind of red carpet .. nowhere near the quality of the black I'm using.

This stuff is similar to the black but it looks softer. I need to find out what it's used for in order to gauge it's durability. It will be automotive or marine of some type.

I just received my black Muz floor mats yesterday and they look great. I got them with black overlocked trim and a red logo. I can't tell you how they look because my Silver with Red interior won't be here for another 3 weeks. But, in my opionion, I would stay away from the gray mats only because you would have too many different colors going on (red seats and carpet, black dash and door trim, and then gray mats??). If you go with the black mats, it will blend in more with the rest of the colors in the interior. Plus I ordered Rick's black leather console cover. If you can't already tell, I am trying my best to hide the hideous red carpet. Just my 2 cents.
