Even though it's built to TUV spec, it's still going to wear down and eventually blow. Even stock shocks don't last as long as you own your car. Any moving car part will go through your normal wear and tear. Exhaust system for example, should last that long since it's only made up of metal pipes and none of the parts are moving.

I'm worried because this is my DD and I can't afford to have my car sit on jack stands while waiting for my shocks to be rebuilt constantly.

No, I do not plan to run an endurance race with them.

Ok....

Sure, of course, everything will break down at some point. The KW guy says the shocks should last at least 60,000 miles. Using that as the metric, why would you be worried about having to rebuild the shocks "constantly" ? Are you also constantly worried about you're engine failing? Or you're transmission? Assuming you're an avg. driver who puts about 12,000 miles a year on the car, that's at least 5 years before a rebuild. And I have a feeling it would last longer than that. If you're putting an absurd # of miles each year ( like 60k) then you may have a valid concern. But, these aren't race shocks, and assuming you will be driving it on the street most of the time, you won't be subjecting the shock oil to extreme temperatures.
