I am the person who "photoshopped" this pic. I did it only as a means to satisfy a curiousity of whether it would look cool or not. Obviously it does I remember someone not too long ago taking their instrument cluster apart to find that the actual colors are just a opaque color film in front of white LED's. There is work currently being done to see if you can put different colors in different areas of where you'd like color.
I've been out of the loop for a while and haven't been following this closely, but I do know that I've seen pictures here regarding someone taking their cluster apart and finding out that the whole color deal is nothing but a clear plate of plastic with some areas of color.

I personally think this would be an awesome thing to pursue, but I don't have my S2000 yet...Otherwise, I'd be alot like Rick Hesel with his neat projects that he does for this car.
