I know this is off topic but maybe some of you Texans can help.

I saw someone was from Sugarland (which I actually lived in for a while and I know is just outside Houston), JRM says he is from Badlands and now S22K is from Pear Land.

What's with this land descriptor in so many place names??

The PERCEIVED airbag risk has been discussed at length! Do a search.

In answer to the question about the booster seat - get the ones with the 4/5 point harness and belt the child/booster seat itself to the S2000 seat. You should use the provided clip to "lock" the stock belt and prevent the child seat from moving. I have 3 of them that I use in all my cars. Keep the seat as far back as possible. The reason why you want to use the 4/5 point harnesses is to keep the child from moving around - which he/she could do with the normal belts.

which brand and model do you use. i am hoping to find one that will fit snugly in the seat so that my son will be sitting as far away from the air bag as possible.

This is the one I have.
It's also the coolest looking for an S2000 ! !

Click here to see child seat

I know it's been gone over here before, but, I still
think a child would be safe with the airbag if properly
belted into one of these types of seats!

Just my opinion!

Pearland is it's own county and Sugar Land is it's own county.

This is the one sold by Honda in Japan for the S2000. It's also the one illustrated in the owners manual.
