Wish I had a job that let me go on S2Ki all day, bleh. I'd be planted right in the classifieds section waiting for good deals to be had haha.

I bet Fluky's insurance is about the same price as mine being on our own name.....
Im still trying to understand that sentence...? You mean my insurance is the same as yours, even though your under your parents? My insurance when I was 20 was $171.92 a month, and I just turned 21. I know it will be going down for sure, cant wait. My trucks insurance is supposed to be $211, I think they misprinted it but I sure hope not! What do you guys pay?

I also wish that my job let me go on at night. I would get fired Hah!

I have 4.9% on one car loan, and 4% on the other. I'd never take a loan over 6.5% on a car. You really should get the stuff in your name. You'll never establish credit if you put stuff in your parents name for a lower rate. Every loan I've had since my first car 15 years ago has been in my name, and never late for a payment. That's why my credit score is hovering around 800 and I can get a rate of 4%. They always try to offer me stuff between 5 & 6, but interest rates are one of the easiest things you'll ever negotiate.

Yeah I was young and didn't know any better. Once the s2k is paid off, i'll definetly get my next loan in my name, and it should be easy since I work here at a credit union. I've had my credit card for maybe 7-8 months so far, and my score was at 711 when I checked last month.

Thats how I get a lot of good deals on here. I'm glad I can sit on here pretty much all I want, I would go crazy back here in my office if I didn't have s2ki to browse through.

Yeah, most of the sections are pretty slow with posts on the website.

I just change my mind all day with that i want to do to the car haha.

Yeah i had credit cards in my name as soon as i could and started to build credit. Some of my soldiers are dumb enough to go and buy a car with crazy high interest rates that they will never pay off.

Yeah but i've been debating with myself. I just found out i'm going to get my interest rate lowered so i'm going to keep it for now.
Glad to hear! I just paid off my car 2 months ago and it's an awesome feeling. Before you know it, you'll be down to the last ~$1000. When this happened I said screw it and just paid the rest off instead of waiting.

Haha yeah, I still got about a year and a half to go if I just do the minimum payments. I'm trying to add a little money to each payment so I can get it paid off quicker.

It goes by quick! If you only owe $6k you should definitely keep it and just pay it off. Once it's done, you'll have a paid-off badass car and more cash in your pocket every week...definitely a nice accomplishment.

My mommy had to co-sign for the CR for me because Honda wouldn't give me a loan for it.
I moved out afterward, got laid off of a decent paying job, and then my wife, daughter and I had to move back in with my parents.
Now I'm working as a driver for Domino's.
The tips are awful! One lady only gave me 5 cents, and during my first day, I didn't get tipped until I deliver to the third to last house.
Domino's makes you pay for your gas through a percentage of your tip(s).
And, yes, I am really bored, but I can't go online at work because using a cell phone to access the internet is illegal while driving.
