Nate is a genuinely good guy that expressed an opinion (a correct position, IMO) on a topic that has a direct impact on his livelihood and profession.

Granting someone leniency in their mistreatment of other members on the basis that they have seniority is another oversight on your part.
Go back and read through all the posts in this thread and it really shouldn't be too hard to identify the ONE person who is the "gay ass" acting "hardcore."
