Default BOZZ PERFORMANCE

About 6 months ago, I paid Bozz Performance $840 + $650 shipping for a Cusco 6pt. Roll Cage. They charged my credit card the full amount when I placed the order on the phone. I paid the $650 extra because I wanted it here in 3 weeks to a month. Stan from Bozz Performance said they will get it in a month or less. A month went by and I called them and they said its on the way. I left so many emails with no response. Finally Kenric the boss returned my emails saying that they are sorry but its on the way. 4 months pass by and I still havnt recieved anything. I send them emails and call Stan's personal phone. But no answer. About 3 weeks ago I send in a email asking them to cancell the order and credit my credit card back. Kenric returned the email saying they dont know if Cusco Japan has sent it out yet.( They were supposed to send it out after they construct the cage which takes 10 days ) I told Stan and Kenric I dont want the cage anymore. Its been so long already. I could understand if I didnt pay the extra $650 for shipping. Bozz Performance is in the process of moving right now to a new location so their phones and internet site does not work. BUt that still is no reason to keep dogging me like the way they are. It seems they are avoiding my calls and emails. I asked Kenric many times to call my cell phone but I didnt get no calls yet. What should I do. ITs been 6 months already so I cant get my credit card company to refund the money. I was so patient and so calm about everything. I dont understand why they have to be this way to me. All I want is my money back. What should I do?
J's AP1 got the same cage ordered from Bozz and paid the extra for shipping and got his in a month or less. He told me about how good Bozz Performance is. So that is why I went through them.

Better yet, call your CC company and explain you've not taken delivery of this item and explain the terms of your purchase. Then call Bozz and tell them they're SOL for the sale, you've stopped or disputed the charge. This is exactly the kind of issues your CC company always touts in their ads as far as purchase protection. Your paying for it with your interest rates, you my as well take advantage.

Man all these rip off stories makes you think twice about getting something from people you don't know. I don't think I would ever.

ok, this is from experience. Listen up, Bozz performance is HORRIBLE, I MEAN HORRIBLE at customer service. Wether they be moving to a new location or not. I bought stuff from them in the past and i can tell you, you will never ever receive anything from them on time as promised. I can GUARANTEE that.

Kenric is a bit stuck up and has something in his ass. They will never call you, when your part arrives or when your car is done with whatever installation you had done. You always have to call, it is pretty suprising the kind of balls they have in having no sympathy for all their shitty service. Oh yea they started to move to the new location about last summer, i mean how long does it take to move to a new location?? Also if you are going to say your phones and email etc.. will be up at a certain date and even post it on your site, you think it be up!! OMG!! Even after 4 months after saying your phones will be up i sent a email and it took them 2-2.5 months to answer a freaking email!!!

Wow this is a shop that takes pride in leaving all the work up to the customer. Please i mean please don't ever order something from them, you will regret it. As for installation at least you can get your car back anytime.

well basically the only thing useful about this shop is their prices. And thats ALL!!!

this is easy to solve....call CC and dispute charge....the CC company should credit the amount to your card the same day (at least my Discover card does). They will then take care of the rest.

I think your friend must have get that shop shipped by next day air so it came so much sooner. 4-6 months that's quite long. If I were you, I totally understand how you feel.

I will call my credit card company again and ask them what I can do. I called them a month ago and told them the situation and they said after 3 months its going to be hard to get my money back. So if I didnt report it 3 months after I charged it, its going to be hard. I didnt do anything to Bozz Performance to be treated like this,and till this day when I email them Im very nice. I have every email that I sent them and that they sent me saved, so I can show that to my credit card company as proof.
