Brake Fade
You should eliminate the most likely culprit first which is brake fluid boiling since you're still running stock fluid.
Here's a thread with all the brake fluid boiling points

Still, 3rd redline to 4th is 90mph, and braking down to <40mph 10 times in 2 minutes on a downhill stretch might actually be asking more from the brakes than driving on a track, so fade from overheating the discs isn't out of the question.
Still, change the fluid 1st and then look for some pads, You'll have to sacrifice a bit of "cold" performance, though.

I downshifted before the turns, mostly so I wouldn't have to mid turn. But I mostly used the brakes to slow down.
Take it to the track, right?
Sounds interesting. I did a track day last fall at Summit Point, after a month of ownership. It was a blast, but I was nervous about wrecking my brand new car, and how that would be explained to the insurance company. What do you do about insurance?
I must be in the minority but the S's brakes do fade and usually with fading comes warpage afterwards
I switched to more aggressive HAWK pads after the stockers wore out. I think they are chewing up the rotor more but they stop better. I am unsure about the fading but I'll find out soon.

Also the road conditions needed to experience it are very rare. I would guess the dragon is a possibility if there's enough distance in the straights to get over 70ish. Like I said earlier, I have to drive up into the mountains to find roads like this. Route 42 in WV is a lot of fun and route 33 on the Virginia and WV boarder is even better.
I love the car and I think the brakes when fresh have pretty good stoping power, I'm just curious about a simple upgrade that will let me push the brakes further...
"He found fault with the brakes, which faded badly enough to cut his run short by a lap,"

I wouldn't use Hawk pads if I were you. They tend to fall apart. 2 other guys at my shop have the same complaint about Hawks. We've tried them in Evos, STIs, and S2ks and still haven't had as good of results as with the Ferodos. Cobalts are pretty good too. As far as rotors go, I would stay stock. BBKs are pretty much the worst bang for buck mod out there. Spoon calipers with stock rotors and Ferodos is my favorite combo.
