Calipers and rotors are different. Anyway, there would be nothing to gain by using them even if they were interchangeable. If you're looking for some bling, slotted rotors are what I'd use. For pads, either OEM Honda or a good aftermarket ceramic would be good for street applications.

100%The OEM pads are EXCELLENT for a street driven car. For a little bling, go for some powerslot rotors.

How do you get better life of anything with speed bleeders?

A "track" pad, even a "street-oriented" track pad is not better than OEM IMHO. They will chatter and squeal, they will dust like HELL, the dust will generally be corosive to the finish on the wheels, and cold, they will not stop any better than OEM.
DOT4 fluid is also overkill for the street. You have to change it out more often than DOT3 as it is more hydroscopic and will "spoil" from the moisture in the air.
In terms of fade resistance and boiling point:
Fresh DOT4 fluid > Fresh DOT3 Fluid > "spoiled" DOT3 fluid > "spoiled DOT4 fluid.
Unless you are tracking the car (and bleeding the fluid VERY often as a result) you are going to be better off on the street with DOT3 fluid. It will last longer and be more consistant over the long run.
Track parts on the street do NOT always translate, and brakes are one of those things. On the track you are threashold braking ever 5-20 seconds for at least 20 mins at a time. On the street, you might have to threshold brake once a month, MAX, most of the time, even running the Dragon, you should NOT be threshold braking, something should be reserved for a margin of safety. Again, even a backroad or a canyon will not stress the brakes AS MUCH as a track event does.
Sometimes the street setup IS the best choice when you are running ON THE STREET.
