Default brand new 07 NFR, ACCIDENT ALREADY

here's how it went...i'm driving down clarendon blvd in arlington. two lanes each way, left lane frequently stops due to people making left hand turns. ford explorer is speeding, tailgaiting, and way ahead of me. i'm in the right lane, he slows down, nearly stops, then swerves into mine without looking. i slowed down, anticipating this, but still, i was doing 25 and i had to slam on the brakes. i laid on the horn as well but he didn't hear me and i had to swerve to miss him. i ran up the 4" curb on both wheels before coming to a stop, and HE GUNNED IT AND KEPT GOING. what an asshat. i hate people so much. anyway, i dodged a fire hydrant and gunned it to wave him down and i laid on the horn for a good 30 seconds before he decided to slow down and pull over.

i got all of his info, but i couldn't get anyone behind me to stop and pull over as a witness. there was NO contact between the two cars, just me and the curb. anyway, he seemed remorseful (50 year old businessman) but i'm not sure how this is all going to shake out in the end. i should have gotten him to admit guilt into the voice recorder on my phone, but i didn't think of that until a few minutes ago.

i have crappy curb rash and i'm paranoid that the suspension is damaged now. what do you guys think?

btw, i got the front bumper of my new RSX ripped off by a moving truck 2 months after i got it back in '04, then i got rear-ended 3 months later in the same car while sitting at a stop light....pathetic.

then, rear ended in my '05 TSX 5 months after i bought THAT car new. now, this. i've lasted 5 fricken weeks and someone decides to f*** with me. i am so mad right now; words cannot describe it.

**edit: steering wheel alignment is off now, but the wheel alignment seems to be okay, but what do i know? no shuddering or anything.

Clearly you need to get the car into the dealer for service...

http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000-04.html

Fronts are about $400.00 and rears are $430.00 new (Wheels Only). You can probably find it cheaper on here if someone is selling them.

OH man. If there was no contact between the two cars, then it wasn't an accident. Althought, he caused you to swerve, but if there were no witnesses then it's all going to be you. The insurance will look at it at your fault. It's really sucks.

ughghgh really? this is such crap. i'm not lying; i'd rather spend $10,000 in court than $1000 to fix my own car and let this clown off the hook.

such crap.

Should have called the cops. But being you have his info....if he doesn't pay...exact the same amount of damage out of his POS that he did to your car.
