Default Brembo GT kit calipers

The calipers aren't different between applications are they? (ie, the calipers in the S2K kit is the same as the WRX kit / Civic kit, etc); it's just the mounting brackets that are different...am I correct?

I can't say 100% yes or no, however

Brembo are well known for adjusting the piston diameter for lesser applications, so i had brembos for my ford fiesta, the pistons were smaller in diameter than the same product for the focus rs.. however when you go to larger brembos 6-8pots for instance, they are relatively small diameter for obvious reasons.

I would assume the kit they produce for the s is similar to other applications.. i can't see the financial benefit to brembo of making all different sizes - plus if you're a company it can't hurt to over-spec a product and supply it over a range of applications.

Sorry it's not the accurate answer but it's certainly food for thought.
