Are the Bridgestone's the "best" tire for the S2K
Question,
I just picked up my S2K on Friday and was wondering. . .
Are the Bridgestone's the "best" tire for the S2K?
Specifically, has anyone put Dunlop SP Sport 9000's on their S2000?
I've been using the SP's on my Prelude for 2.5 years without any problems, can I expect the same performance?
Note: Previously, I'd gone through 2 sets of Michelin XGT V4's (pre-piliot versions) on my Prelude. I thought they were too hard and overall not that great of a tire. . . Is the redesigned pilot version better?

While the SP9000s are good tires, the S02s are much stickier in dry conditions. I'm not just talking out my @ss, either - I had SP9000s on my Prelude, too.
The S02s don't match the wet weather handling of the 9000s, but other than that the OEM tires win, hands down.

I've always had the SP8000's on my Miata. As they are a good tire for that car, I agree with the rest of the persons here that they are not as sticky as the s02's.
