It seems they kinda gave up on English near the end of writing the warning.

That instruction set is obviously a 'crassic' example. Someone should submit it to the wonderful website engrish.com.

P.S. That tire goo will probably do a number on the pressure sensor associated with the TPMS.

What's wrong with you guys. No one reads Jinglish? #10 is perfectly clear. Don't disassemble or make modifications to the unit.

Since most likely it was in japanese to begin with the translation was probully done correct but since words dont always translate to english very well, thats wat probully happened..
