Buddy Club coilover question

hmmm....lowering the bottom perch is not the proper way to decrease ride height on a BC RSD.....you need to thread the entire body of the coilover down into the lower mount, which makes the strut body shorter.

i did preload my buddy clubs. not much but I did. you'll need it in the rear as you'll want more suspension travel in the back. the shock body isn't too long and you dn't want to bottom out the rears. i asked for the installation guide and i think it's something like 170mm in the front and 165mm for the rear for spring length.

I also have the shocks at 3/3 on the street and it works well.

sorry when i said the lower perch i meant i threaded the entire body of the coilover into the lower mount.

and r6elmo, wouldnt preloading the springs raise the car?
