Default Buddy Club Race Spec ECU

Does anybody have this ECU? How tunable is it? It's hard to find much information on it. How does it compare to EManage or VAFC II? Thanks a lot.

SilverKnight - Haha those #'s are ridiculous. I would love to see the dynos. I think it was 18-20whp gain max with the ECU & 70r headerback exhaust...
And Mugen is all about the mid range, hardly ever is top end their goal.

The BC ECU is tunable like an Emanage, however it can't adjust ignition timings. So I am wondering if it only does AFR and whatnot. Either way, it's cheaper even AFTER tuning I believe than a JDM ECU and it will be catered to what I want exactly. But, to each their own and the JDM ECUs are sweet, which is why I currently have a Mugen N1.

no im serious. http://www.aj-racing.com/catalog/product.p...2&cat=91&page=1

maybe some one can chime in ask if the 15hp is flywheel? one poster talked about how after th einstall, the s2k was diff to drive and how much extra power he got and felt! I think the fuji, comptech and ricks intake, exhaust and header is comparable to J's so I'm sure they will get soem godo gains!

There's a lot more to comparing ECUs. It's best if they are on back-to-back cars, or at LEAST the same temperature with the same supporting mods and elevation. There's more to it when the numbers are that small. Also the TYPE of dyno (jet, mustang, etc.).
Forget the vented hood... Go for power now and aesthetics later: get an ECU!!!

The J's is tempting for me as well. However, I don't know exactly what AFR they are set at, and I don't just want max power, I want it a little richer for safety. I want an ECU that can work for NA and FI, and I think that needs to be a tunable one, like BC or Greddy.
