buddy club or Tein flex coilovers
I have the buddy clubs and am VERY happy with them...only thing is i can't compare them to Tein as i've never owned a set....but i will say, from what i've read on here (for whatever that is worth) some complain that the flex are not that rigid and are more "comfortable"....the buddy clubs seem to be good across the board for the money
Consider Ground Control Adjustable Springs. Put the HIGHER rate spring in front and LOWER rate in back of your MY '03 car. '02 & '03 have higher spring rate in front than in back. Tein has higher in BACK than in front. I think Buddy Club has BOTH front and back THE SAME spring rate ( somebody correct if I'm wrong). That's not too bad BUT the spring rate is HIGH. 10kg/mm? I think that's like 500 lb/in. Ground Control is 380 lb/in( put in front) and 340 lb/in (put in back). You can use this on street and autoX and be competitive and comfortable. Get Koni shocks and adjust to your liking. You really can't go wrong with Koni.
FWIW, Just somethhing ELSE to think about.
P.S. Don't slam it. Lower 1"- 2" and get alignment please.
Hope this helps...

how do they compare to the stock suspension, and where can you rebuild them?
), I wouldn't change back for the world here's a pic...lowered about 1.45"
I love the idea of the edfc, I'm jsut concerned that the car won't be stiff enough for autocrossing and occassional track days. I don't plan on slamming the car. 1" at the most, maybe 3/4"
keep the info and opinions comming
thanks

I heard the Tein isn't as stiff compare to the buddy club but for street at track use I heard Tein are better. Remember you are not suppose to used the EDFC when the car moving it mess up the setting.
