hmm..I'm going to voice what everyone else is thinking....

Don't be a baby! It's an amazing car, and there's no logical reason why you wouldn't buy one! after you buy it, you're going to wonder why you were even driving a del sol to begin with! xD

The first s2000 I bought I was hesitant for about 2 hours. I looked at every aspect before spending 10,300 on the car. It was very hard to make a decision! After buying it I wasn't super excited and sold it 6 months or so after because it was repainted and had some mechanical issue. Got my money back though. My second s2000 I had no hestitation. Drove 4 hours to find it, spent about 40 mins looking over it and purchased it on the spot. Best decision ever. No regret at all.

If you want the best of both worlds, money and a car just find an older higher milage s2k. I'm sure my MY01 will last me up to 250k. I'm not even half way there.

Thanks for the advice guys.

To put into perspective how much of a saver I am, my wife and I didn't buy new anything for about a year 6-8 months and I worked my tail off to save 30k for a down payment on a house. All the cars I have owned, I payed for with cash. The SUV is the first car payment I've ever had. I tend to not look at the little things I could buy and focus on the larger things such as a house and nice car.

That being said, I have placed a deposit on the vehicle so it will be held and I will pick it up on Saturday. I made the jump. It's about a 3-4 hour drive from my location so I can't pick it up until then.

Needless to say, I'm pretty stoked! For me it was between a Laguna blue and the RYP. The only LB I saw needed some work to it and I noticed one where I live. I have never seen a RYP where I live.

Bahahaha. That's pretty good. It was really the price for me man. I could buy a 10k one right out, but I know I want this one with low miles. So, I'll be picking her up Saturday!

Just do it.

Otherwise I'll go buy since I want a RYP instead of my Sebring.

I'm kidding. I wouldn't take the chance away from you of being able to own such a brilliant car.

You won't regret a thing. Pay as much cash as you're comfortable with, so the bank doesn't make too much on your loan balance.

Learn to do the regular maintainance yourself and you'll save a lot of money over the life of your ownership.

I had buyers remorse the first few days. I don’t know why.

I got over it after. lol
I love the car.

If it’s a good deal and its what you want. Just pull the trigger.
